This 3 bedroom split level home was badly in need of improvements. The renovation that took place added two additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms as well as a new kitchen to the existing footprint.

In addition, to improve the home’s curb appeal, two new gables were added to the front of the house along with a new covered porch and a paver stone driveway.

The house went from one of the ugliest on the block to one of the nicest in about 8 months of construction.
