Second East hills Community Center
    - Pittsburgh, PA - 2005

As part of a complete renovation of a 40 year old low income neighborhood, a new community center was needed. The site selected was directly adjacent to a city park, which led the building to be styled after typical park buildings. A total of 117 townhouses were gutted and renovated as part of this project, which derived its funding from several sources, including state tax credits and private financing.

This is a Lami Grubb Architects project.
Brian Viehland provided Design Development and
created Construction Documents for this project.
