The Northern Light Tower is a high tech meets industrial office building which began it's life as a warehouse.
The conversion involved the addition of a stair tower, glass front elevator, new lobby and conference room. The exposed concrete structure and original brick were highlighted throughout the building. New materials were added to contrast with the warehouse feel including perforated, corrugated stainless steel panels, backlit transluscent plexiglass walls, and electrochromic glass. This is a Lami Grubb Architects project. Brian Viehland was their Project Architect for this job. |
